Tritech uses a state-of-the-art customer service software system to serve its clients flawlessly. We track all client calls, contracts, contacts, pmc schedules, and repair notes.
Not an OEM
Tritech services all research lab equipment, even equipment that is no longer in production and equipment that OEMs do not service. Our extensive parts inventory, access to multiple sources for parts, and ability to manufacture custom made parts in our precision machine shop ensures that we are never without what we need to make a repair and keep an instrument running at near-original specifications.
